ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in connection with C.S.R.No.142 of 2026 dated 26.04.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the respondents 3 and 4 with regard to the temple dispute before the second respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) submitted that already enquiry is conducted and FIR has been registered in Crime No. 163 of 2026 on 05.06.2026 against the respondents 3 and 4 and others.
