: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the TASMAC Shop located at Door No.36, Tamil Sangam Road, Madurai, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2018.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the TASMAC Shop located at Door No.36, Tamil Sangam Road, Madurai, based on his representation dated 20.08.2018, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.
2. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the said representation dated 20.08.2018 to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
