O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17155 of 2019 dated 20.10.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Today(24.01.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 17155 of 2019 dated 20.10.2023 has been complied with by the third respondent. He further submits that the first and second respondents have preferred an appeal as against the order of this Court in W.P. (MD)No.17155 of 2019 dated 20.10.2023, however with a delay. It is also reported that an application in CMP(MD) No.17364 of 2024 in WA(MD) SR No.87034 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay, wherein, the Honourable Division Bench has ordered notice. 2/5

3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in the writ appeal preferred by the respondents 1 & 2, this contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, depending upon the outcome of the pending writ appeal.
