ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.159 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working in the Noon Meal Scheme and she has been unnecessarily added as an accused in the F.I.R. Due to the pendency of the investigation, the petitioner was also suspended from the Noon Meal Scheme where she was working as a staff. 3.In the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

However, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
