Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Prayer: This Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying to relax the condition which was imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1799 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD) No.928 of 2023 dated 03.03.2025.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1799 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.928 of 2023 dated 03.03.2025. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Tiruchirappalli and appear and sign before the Cantonment Police Station, Tiruchirappali once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
