This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal Program perform by Abinaya Dance Group in Thiruvizha scheduled to be held on 19.10.2016 at 8.00 PM to 11.00 PM at Arulmigu Sri Sakkammal Thirukovil at Melakodangipatti Srivilliputhur Nathikudi Post, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and rejected by the second respondent on 14.10.2016. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submitted that even in the previous year, two criminal cases were registered against the rival groups.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Court is not inclined to grant any permission as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
