O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a former employee of the second respondent establishment seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to initiate recovery proceedings as against the second respondent for disbursement of pension under the Employee's Provident Fund Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/workman submitted that today the petitioner has approached the office of the second respondent and he has signed in the Joint Declaration Form for disbursement of monetary benefits taking the date of severance of the employer - employee relationship as 12.12.2012.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/ Management submitted that the PF Forms will be forwarded to the first respondent shortly.

Considering the above said facts, the second respondent Management is directed to forward the PF Forms to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to process the said application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
