RESPONDENT(S) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing Appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 submits that the first respondent in this petition died. The respondents 2 to 4 are the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent. The second respondent is the minor child and the respondents 3 and 4 are in-laws of the deceased first respondent. He has filed a memo to record the respondents 2 to 4 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and the same is recorded.
