This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.6707 of 2024. 1/3

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court by an order dated 19.03.2024, directed the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 30.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the aforesaid order. In compliance to the same, the appeal preferred by the petitioner was considered and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 15.04.2025.

4.Giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, this contempt petition is closed.
