This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.712 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.712 of 2021 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.39 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action in this matter. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
