This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.563 of 2018.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent seeks time for filing final report. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 563 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
