ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the second respondent herein to instruct the third respondent herein, to conduct the survey of lands in Survey No.288/2 A of Cholamadevi Village in Thiruverumpoor Taluk and demarcate the housing plot No.284 assigned in favour of the petitioner as mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent/Tahsildar, on 16.06.2016 to survey his land and demarcate the boundaries and he has also paid necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second respondent. Hence, the writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

4.Since the petitioner filed necessary application, dated 16.06.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the second respondent /Tahsildar, Thiruverumpoor, Tiruchirappali District, is directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Survey No.288/2 A of Cholamadevi Village, Thiruverumpoor Taluk and demarcate the housing plot No.284 and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
