ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2016 and to survey and to fix the boundary line for his property in Survey No.1153/1D measuring to an extent of 12 Ares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second and third respondents to survey his land and fix the boundaries and he has also paid necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second and third respondent.
3.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.
4.Since the petitioner filed application, dated 31.08.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the second respondent /Tahsildar, Sivakasi Taluk Office, Virudhunagar District, is directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in Survey No.1153/1D measuring to an extent of 12 Ares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and demarcate the boundaries and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
