ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the claim for one time settlement of loan borrowed by the petitioner. 2.The respondents 3 and 4 are Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, which is a private bank. Therefore, no Writ Petition against the private bank is maintainable. That apart, action has been initiated against the petitioner under SARFAESI Act. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the Debts Recovery 2/4

Tribunal for redressal of the grievance if any exists. In any event, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
