ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following the due procedure of law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the respondent police have registered the F.I.R in Crime No.114 of 2018, in which the father and brother of the first petitioner are added as accused. The respondent police has called the petitioner for an enquiry with regard to the pending case. 3.If the respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, they shall be issued with summons and only thereafter they can be called for enquiry. It is also made clear that the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
