ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii) ©, 29(1) and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, in Crime No.45 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police was in patrol duty, at that time the accused person found in possession of 9 bags of Ganja weighing 270 Kg. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has found in possession of Ganja 270 kg. she vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
