ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case by circulating a memo dated 21.12.2020 to the Registry. He would further submit that though the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to file modification petition before the trial Court, the petitioner now only seeks time for compliance of the second condition of the lower Court. 2.Hence, the time limit for compliance is extended for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
