This Writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein in respect of property in Survey No.96/3 situated in Allarai Melavayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Heard Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
