: Respondents Prayer:This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the third respondent in Ref.CNM/LBO/GDP/Petition No.4/20117, dated 11.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017.
