ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the official respondents have not initiated necessary action as required u/s.83 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that they are initiating action u/s.83 of the Registration Act. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is closed. Learned Special Government Pleader is directed to furnish a copy of the written instructions, which she has received from the officials to the petitioner. No costs.
