ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his property in S.F.No.733/3, based on his representation dated 10.04.2024 before the first respondent office.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2024 has been considered and the same was closed on 28.04.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since the main representation of the petitioner was closed on 28.04.2024, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, 2/4

if any criminal activities done by the private respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent by way of specific complaint.
