PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2020.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.603 of 2020 has been assigned and the petitioner was issued with summons to be present on 30.11.2020 for conducting enquiry. The enquiry revealed that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 3 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13702 of 2020 5 and the parties were advised to approach the appropriate Civil Forum for their remedy. The respondent police has no role to play, accordingly, the enquiry was closed on 30.11.2020.
