ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the the second respondent to dispose the proceeding in Petn.No.2464/2020/POL/KAR, dated 16.03.2020, which is pending before the second respondent, within time framed fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18548 of 2020 based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the Inspector of Police, Velayuthampalayam Police Station, Karur District, the same was forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent. He would further submit that since the case in crime No.603 of 2008 was registered by Mr.Draviyanathan, Sub Inspector of Police and forwarded the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, there is no need to take any steps by the thrid respondent and the second respondent has not involved in any illegal activities as stated by the petitioner and the fourth respondent has made an enquiry and given a report stating that the complaint given by the petitioner was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, on 25.01.2018.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. No costs.
