ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025 and subsequent reminder on 30.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the proposed accused had deceived the petitioner to the tune of Rs.1,30,000/-. In this regard, a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2025 and the subsequent reminder dated 30.03.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under 2/4

Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
