This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue tender forms for running bar in TASMAC shops bearing Nos.4828, 4833, 4830, 4837,4891,4831,4820,4819 and by considering his representation dated 16.05.2017 so as to enable him to participate in auction scheduled on 23.05.2017 by the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is appearing for the first respondent submitted that tender forms would be duly issued to the petitioner, as and when he approaches the concerned authorities.
