PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.275 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused first accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 14.10.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. @ 366 of IPC and 5(1), 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.275 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.This Court elaborately considered on earlier occasion with reference to the bail filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12772 of 2020. The 164 statement was also considered by this Court while passing orders in the above bail petition on 11.11.2020. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police made a submission that the investigation is still going on.

CRL OP(MD). No.13900 of 2020 5.In view of the fact that the investigations are going on and some serious allegations are now made out against the petitioner, even by the victim girl in her 164 statement, it is not preferable to release the petitioner on bail. Thus, the bail petition stands dismissed.
