Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from any way in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and from doing Katta Paanchayat on the guise of enquiry in the civil dispute.
