O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to pass a final order in respect of the disciplinary proceedings in TDP 3/2013 on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.04.2017, on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
