Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner surrender leave salary for 105 days of Rs.87,558/- for the years 2010-2016 together with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of retirement to till the date of disbursement within the time that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

Sub A.(MD).No.270 of 2021 the petitioner and of MR.A.RAHUL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel takes notice for the petitioners/ contemnors and Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent/petitioner.
2. This Sub Application has been filed by the petitioners/ contemnors seeking six months time for reporting compliance of the order passed by this Court.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners/ contemnors seeks four weeks time to comply with the order of this Court. 4.In view of the above, four weeks time is granted to comply with the order of this Court. However, it is made clear that in case, the petitioners/contemnors fail to comply with the order passed by this Court, a statutory notice will be issued against them on the next hearing date.
