Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to make survey over the petitioners property standing in Patta Number 467 measuring about 3.6 cents comprised in S.Nos.256/19 (Old S.No.42) of Bodinaiyakanpatti village Vadiaptty taluk and to rectify the mistake in the Adangal extract and FMB of the corresponding property within a stipulated period and thus render justice.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to make survey over the petitioner's property standing in Patta Number 467 measuring about 3.6 cents comprised in S.Nos.256/19 (Old S.No.42) of Bodinaiyakanpatti village Vadiaptty taluk and to rectify the mistake in the Adangal extract and FMB of the corresponding property.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 17.11.2016 to the respondents for survey of his property and also paid necessary fee for the same, a copy of which, is annexed in the typeset of papers.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to survey the property of the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 17.11.2016 after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to other parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
