ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 435, 436, 506(ii), 120-B of IPC r/w Sections 3 and 4 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.159 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners and the earlier petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8778 of 2021 was dismissed on 09.07.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioners.

3. Since the dismissal of the earlier petition, there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
