O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.138 of 2022 before the learned Additional District Judge, Palani.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the trial Court.
