ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.370 of 2017 on the file of the respondent and file final report within a time fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and sent the closure report for getting opinion of the Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.Under such circumstances, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedies as and when the closure report is filed before the concerned Court. Ultimately, if the respondent police file a closure report, the petitioner shall be issued with the RCS Notice and copy of the closure report shall also be sent to the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
