ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order, dated 27.01.2020 in R.C.A.No.08 of 2016 passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Tuticorin, which confirmed the order passed by the Rent Controller, (Principal District Munsif Court), Tuticorin in R.C.O.P.No. 29 of 2013, dated 12.03.2016. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner had vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the owners/respondents.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this issue. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
