Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to give police protection to petitioner and his property till the Government Field Surveyor demarcating the petitioners property by fixing boundary stones and putting up fence around his property situated at the Dindigul District, Sirumalai Village, in Survey No.80/3A3, Old Patta No.1450 and New Patta No.1565 to an extent of one acres, based on the complaints dated 07/06/2018 & 08/06/2018. ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the police have already given police protection for the survey of the land to the surveyor in order to enable him to fix the boundary stones.

3.In view of the above no further orders are needed to be passed by this Court.
