ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.8374 of 2026, dated 28.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
