PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015 within a period fixed by this Court which is relating to fix boundary and demarcate the petitioner's property in punja land in Survey number 262/5 admeasuring 6.5 cents, 2834 Sq.ft., situated at Silvarpatti Village, Dindigul Taluk and District.

ORDER

Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 20.11.2015 and pass order on the same, through which he sought for demarcation of his property at Survey number 262/5 admeasuring 6.5 cents, 2834 Sq.ft., situated at Silvarpatti Village, Dindigul Taluk and District and fix the boundary therein.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to other interested parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
