[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's, representation, dated 04.05.2017 within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the T.A.No.344 of 2008 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to
dispose of the case in T.A.No.344 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order copy.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
