ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation in connection with the case in Crime No.55 of 2024 from the third respondent to any other investigation agency.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a complaint and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.259 of 2023 and the investigation is pending and that the petitioner by suppressing the same, has given another complaint and on that basis, the present FIR in Crime No.55 of 2024 came to be registered and after coming to know the same, the case was ordered to be closed.
