ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.9716 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020, thereby directed the respondents to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.1323 of 2021 Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and the same has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.02 of 2022.
