ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 21.05.2026 and conduct proper enquiry against the persons involved in the suspecious transactions including Ashok and Muneeswaran and other connected persons, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint has been lodged on 21.05.2026, so far no steps have been taken. Hence, he has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side), on instructions, 2/4

submitted that already proper enquiry is conducted with regard to the very same factum, which resulted in registration of FIR on the file of the Pocharam IT Corridor Police Station, Malkajgiri, Telungana in Crime No.269 of 2026 dated 18.05.2026 and further, the same has already been closed.
