(MD) No. 3262 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3262 of 2021, dated 02.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 06.03.2021, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3262 of 2021, dated 02.03.2021 is modified.
