ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police has not attended his complaint, which was registered in Crime No.759 of 2024, has moved this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation is almost completed and they would file the final report within one or two months.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of two months.
