Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in A.Vallalapatty centre at Melur union Middle School or any other place in Melur Union, Madurai District based on the PWD (equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation) Act, 1995. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in A.Vallalapatty centre at Melur union Middle School or any other place in Melur Union, Madurai District based on the PWD (equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation) Act, 1995.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Satheeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
