WMP(MD) No.18354 of 2019 filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay in representation of 450 days in representing the restoration petition stands condoned and this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Honourable Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
