Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to mutate the revenue documents in the petitioner's name in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.679/2, 686/1, 688/1, 688, 710/2, 711, 712/2, 693, 656/2, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 644/12 at Pamban Village, Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapurram District.

By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to mutate the revenue documents in her name in respect of the properties in Survey Nos.679/2, 686/1, 688/1, 688, 710/2, 711, 712/2, 693, 656/2, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 644/12 at Pamban Village, Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapurram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Seeking the aforesaid prayer, the petitioner has sent several representations to the first and second respondents. The last one is dated 28.04.2017. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.04.2017, will be considered by the first respondent as early as possible in accordance with law. 5.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without adverting into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.04.2017 and after giving opportunity to all the necessary parties, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of this order along with a copy of the representation, dated 28.04.2017, to the first respondent for earliest consideration. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
