C-60.To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court during the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am instead of appear before the respondent Police Station daily at 5.00 pm in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6569/2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.19322 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1318 of 2025 by order dated 24.04.2026.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6569/2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.19322 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No. 1318 of 2025 by order dated 24.04.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition till date, without fail.

4. Considering the above, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court during the first working day of every month at 10.30 AM pending disposal of the appeal.
