ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9968 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020.

2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.26 of 2021 on 20.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 342, 323 and 307 of IPC. Subsequently, the parties compromised the dispute and considering the same, a closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai. The complainant also filed an affidavit before the Court stating that he has no objection for the closure report filed by the Police. Accordingly, the case was disposed of on 28.08.2024 and all the relevant documents are placed before this Court.
