This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court Virudhunagar district at Srivilliputtur (Special Court for SC & ST (PAO)Act cases) to dispose the case in Special S.C.No. 12 of 2016 within the stipulated period by this Court.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the trial yet to be commenced. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur (Special Court for SC & ST (PAO)Act cases) is directed to conduct the trial in Special S.C.No. 12 of 2016 on his file on day today basis and complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
