ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the fourth respondent was called to the police station for enquiry and the fourth respondent has given in writing that he will not in any way interfere with the life of the petitioner and it is left to the petitioner to carry on with her own life. He has also undertaken that no threat to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband will be caused by the fourth respondent. Recording the same, the police have closed the complaint.

3.In view of the above no further order need to be passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
